Humly Customer Terms
Terms for Humly hardware, software, cloud services and professional services.
What these terms are. These are the terms on which Humly Solutions AB provides its hardware, software, cloud
services and professional services to the organisations that use them.
Channel partners. Humly offers its products and services mainly through channel partners.
If you bought through a partner, the partner’s own terms cover price, payment and delivery. These terms cover what Humly itself promises you, however you bought.
Service Level & Support
This policy describes the support, service levels and product lifecycle commitments that Humly provides for its Products. It forms part of the Humly Customer Terms, and terms defined there have the same meaning here. It replaces the Humly Cloud Service Level Agreement EU and the Humly Premium Support Service Level Agreement.

Data Processing Agreement
This Data Processing Agreement (DPA) sets out Humly’s obligations when processing personal data on behalf of its customers under Article 28 of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
It forms part of the Humly Customer Terms, and terms defined there have the same meaning here.
Vulnerability Disclosure Policy
Humly builds workplace booking devices and softwware used by organisations worldwide, and we take the security of our products seriously. We welcome reports from security researchers, customers, and anyone else who believes they have found a vulnerability in a Humly product or service. Thiis page describes how to report it to us and what you can expect in return.

Privacy Notice
This notice explains how Humly processes personal data and why and how the data is used — for example about website visitors, customer and partner contacts, people who contact our support, and job applicants.
This notice does not cover personal data Humly processes on its customers’ behalf, such as bookings and visitor registrations. That processing is governed by the Humly DPA and the relevant controller’s privacy notice. A customer may itself act as processor for a group company.
Statement of Applicability
This extract presents the control families, control references, control names and applicability decisions from Humly’s Statement of Applicability version 2.0.
